WHAT WE COLLECT

We do not ask for more than we need. We do not collect payment card numbers on our own site.
OUR LEGAL BASIS
- Contract: to process and deliver your order.
- Consent: for marketing emails to the mailing list. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: to keep financial records.
- Legitimate interests: to keep the site secure and prevent fraud, and to understand how the site is used through anonymous visit counts.
EMAILS WE SEND
If you join the mailing list we send a welcome email and launch reminders. If you order we send order emails: a confirmation, and a shipping email with tracking. To stop marketing emails, email us at aesircuration@gmail.com and we will remove you.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We do not sell your information. We use trusted providers to run the business, and they only process it on our instructions:
- Supabase, for our database.
- Vercel, for website hosting.
- Resend, for sending emails.
- A payment provider, for taking payment.
- A delivery courier, who receives your name, address and phone number so they can deliver.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on approved safeguards for the transfer.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
- Order records: up to 6 years, for tax and accounting.
- Mailing list: until you ask us to remove you.
- Emails to us: only as long as needed to deal with your request.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to give you a copy of it. Email aesircuration@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
COMPLAINTS
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
