These terms apply to orders placed on aesircuration.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them first.

WHO WE ARE

Aesir Curation is a UK clothing brand. Our address is 65 Mount Pleasant Road, Kent, DA1 1TD, United Kingdom. Contact us at aesircuration@gmail.com.

PRE-ORDERS

The Heimdall collection is sold as a limited pre-order. Items are made or ordered after you order, and are expected to ship about 2–3 weeks after purchase. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. We will email you if there is a delay.

PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order we email you a confirmation with a reference. That email shows we have received your order, it is not yet an acceptance. Your contract with us is formed when we confirm that your order is accepted. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error, and if we do we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are shown at checkout. Delivery is charged separately unless your order qualifies for free delivery, which is shown at checkout. Payment is taken through a secure payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.

DISCOUNT CODES

Codes can be used once per order, cannot be combined and have no cash value. We can withdraw a code at any time.

INNER CIRCLE EARLY ACCESS

People on our mailing list may be able to shop before the public launch. Early access is a courtesy that we can change or withdraw, and it is not a promise that any item will be in stock.

DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times start from the day we send your order. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered. See our Shipping information for details.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We try to show our products accurately, but screens differ, so colours may vary slightly. Product photos may be placeholders before your item is produced.

OUR LIABILITY

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot legally be limited, and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
